There's a hint of fall today.....

it's beautiful. Warm and sunny, but with low humidity and a gentle breeze. We're definitely over the summer hump, even though I know we'll have more hot days between now and Halloween. Lee and I had lunch at the U-Joint today, and despite the flies (and the smokers), it was nice eating outside on the patio.

Went to a hot 75 this morning....R. was the teacher and was in a better mood than she usually is. She taught a pretty decent class and I sweated profusely. My balance, as usual in the mornings, was not great, though I did hold toe stand on the right for about ten seconds. In the second set of dandayamana bibhaktipada...whatever...I held my arms in prayer position during the second set....normally I have to put my hands down for balance. I also feel like I am going more deeply into camel each time...I wish I could see myself in the mirror to know whether I am doing it correctly.

I dropped my stuff off at the sale this morning...that woman that runs the sale is one wierd unit. The lights are on, but no one's home.

I told Lee he ought to take the boys somewhere for the weekend since I am working a shift at the sale Saturday morning, have to pick up my clothes on Saturday night and would also like to go to the Saturday afternoon hot 90. He might take them to the lake...we'll see.
