Irresponsible dad.

He took them to Lake Sinclair for the weekend and they did not have a bath, did not brush their teeth even once, and they watched "Sponge Bob" which I thoroughly disapprove of. Also, when I talked to Lee last night he told me that Michael was watching "O Brother Where Art Though" with David. Lee is terrible about drinking too much and then letting Michael watch an inappropriate movie. Lee has also been grumbling about being very tired which means he stayed up too late, no doubt.

They all sound like they had a great time though, and Lee said they behaved well.

I feel like all I do or want to do is eat.

Breakfast - one fried egg, one piece deli turkey, canteloupe, coffee w/half & half.
Then hot 90 - I walked to the studio.

Lunch - leftover whole wheat penne w/turkey sauce & parmesan cheese, plus one and a half sweet potato muffins with cream cheese.

Snack - I sampled a couple meatballs from tonight's supper, plus I had a peach (mostly overripe) and a big handful of almonds. I also sampled the creamed cauliflower I made for myself instead of pasta. I also made a chocolate protein drink for the boys and I had some myself.

Supper - big helping meatballs & sauce over cauliflower, plus arugula salad w/oil & vinegar, and a taste of cake that they brought home from the lake. Now I am having six squares of sugarless chocolate.

Other than the pasta & muffins, I guess it's not that bad....

I had a good class today - my focus was good though I nearly fell over coming up from the third part of utkatasana, and I wobbled badly in toe stand on my left. I felt strong.

There's a class called "fusion focus" which is supposed to be a mix of iyengar and ashtanga...it's new to the schedule and it's tomorrow morning at 10. I wasn't going to go tomorrow...I was going to half price day at the Last Chance but now I can't decide. I am eager to try this new class....but at the rate I am going I am going to blow through my fifty class card by the end of the year.
