Headache....

I realized I have had this headache since Wednesday afternoon. My head hurt all night and kept hurting even after I got up and drank two cups of coffee this morning. After I worked my shift at the sale (which made my headache worse) I stopped by CVS and checked my blood pressure in the machine. It was 121/69, a little bit high for me, but normal, I guess.

I registered Will for little kickers soccer, stopped by the grocery, stopped by the post office, then came home and ate a bit of lunch - some swiss cheese wedges and grapes, and a big handful of granola and nuts. I have also drunk about 48 ounces of water today, not including the little bit I drank at the water fountain during the sale. I am working on another 15 ounces of water now. My headache is still here, but it's definitely better than it was - I think the water is helping.

I was feeling so bad earlier that I thought I might want to skip yoga, but I think I will go. Hopefully it will make my still stiff and achy lower back feel better.
