See, I knew I'd feel crappy if I ate a bunch of carbs and I did.
This morning we had coffee moms at Robin's house. I took some of the sweet potato bread I made Sunday. I ate at least two slices of that, plus one of Robin's bisquick scones. I had 1-1/2 cups of coffee at home, two at Robin's, and a cappucino. I felt like crap when I got home - buzzed, yet droopy and low-bloodish from the sugar and carbs.
I ate some cheese before we left for Target, but while there, I got very hungry. When I got home, I was ravenous. I ate two whole wheat quesadillas with smoked gouda and some of the leftover pea-broccoli soup from last night. I ate six little squares of my sugar alcohol chocolate. For snack after we got home from school (I walked today) I had half a grapefruit.
For supper I made sauteed chicken tenders in spaghetti sauce over whole wheat spaghetti and now I have that growly, post-chinese food feeling that pasta sometimes gives me, even though I didn't eat very much. We also had salad and I had three small squares of sugar alcohol chocolate.
I'm walking in the morning. I'm not eating a bunch of carbs for breakfast, though I'm not sure WHAT I'll eat - we are so low on groceries.
